How to Add a Sub Account

Summary

We have thoroughly upgraded the account management function on the CSJ platform. Now CSJ supports multi-role login and user grouping, and is able to grant different levels of permissions and data access to users of different roles. In order to avoid information security risks caused by multi-role login, we have developed the "operation history" feature for CSJ, making every operation traceable.

Operation Instructions

Entry

Click【My account】 in the top right corner of CSJ s homepage to enter the permission management page.

User Management

Add User

1. Enter the Users Management page. Click 【Add New User】 and follow the instructions to add a new user.

The newly added user will receive an invitation email for registration, and they will need to follow the steps in the email to register and sign in. The email address will then be linked to the user s main account.

2. If necessary, click 【Add Group】 or 【User Group】 to manage user groups.

3. Once you have successfully added a user, you can edit that user s permissions and linked apps on the operation page on the right.

View Apps

After a new user activates their account, the administrator can check the box on the left of the list and click 【Select applications in bulk】. An account user will only be able to access the apps they have been linked with. (Note: administrator can access all apps by default.)

Permissions

Super Admin

The first registered user will automatically become the super admin and have access to all information for all modules. The super admin can transfer their permissions to another user, if desired. After doing so, the super admin will become an ordinary administrator.

Administrator

Administrators have access to all information for all modules by default. Therefore, please designate administrator roles with caution.

Contributor

By default, Contributors have access to all information within the 【Application】【 SDK Integration】and 【Reports】 modules, as well as some specific content relevant to certification in the account information module. (Note: the default permissions cannot be changed. If an operator needs additional permissions, the administrator will need to make the changes for that specific user.)

Finance officer

Finance personnel have access to all information in the【Payments】 module, as well as well as some specific content relevant to certification in the Account Information module by default. (Note: the default permissions cannot be changed. If a finance personnel needs additional permissions, the administrator will need to make the changes for that specific user.)

Developer

Developers have access to all information in the 【SDK Integration】 module by default. (Note: the default permissions cannot be changed. If an Developer needs additional permissions, the administrator will need to make the changes for that specific user.)

Add New User

If more roles are required, the administrator can click the "Add Role" button at the bottom left of the role permissions page, and then create new roles and configure their permissions based on the specific requirements.

Application Allocation

Administrators can check the linkage between apps and team members on the app allocation page, and conveniently link multiple apps with multiple team members in a few clicks.

To do so, check the box on the left of the list on the app allocation page and click 【Select applications in bulk】Select the users to link, and then click "Confirm" to complete the linkage.

Operation Log

In order to reduce the risks associated with multi-role login, we have developed the 【Operation Log】 feature for CSJ, making every operation traceable. Now administrators can go to the 【Operation Log】 page and check what their team members have done.
